Are you stuck in negative thought loops?

What were you thinking about this morning when you brushed your teeth? Was it about how annoyed you were by your spouse/child/friend/sibling? Was it about how many things you need to get done today and how you’ll never be able to finish them all? Was it about how you were dreading going to work?

If that sounds familiar… congratulations, you’re normal. And - so fun - you have some work to do!

Although our brain is busy running quiet programs in the background of our consciousness, if you listen up, you can learn them. And if you can learn to write them, you can avoid being run by one that you didn’t intend to have control in the first place.

The cool thing is that once you start listening to yourself think, and recognizing your patterns, you can never turn it off again.
